Figs

I love figs. I can’t get enough of them. As the season for figs comes to an end, I love to share my favorite pairing with figs. I halve the figs and put them in a non stick pan on medium high heat and let them caramelize for 2 minutes. I then take them out of the pan and pair them with Humbolt Fog Tremor Truffled Goat Cheese. The cheese melts over the top of the warm figs. It is our heaven. Try this wonderful recipe while you can still find fresh local figs!
