Are you afraid of your refrigerator?
Did you ever open up that container in the fridge when you were starving only to find out that the food has become old and rancid? This happens more than you might think when you are on vacation and are having trouble remembering what happened the night before let alone when the prepared food was made or bought. There are two ways to solve this problem. The first is to label each new item with the date it was made so you know when to throw it out. The second is to rotate your food in the fridge with the oldest food being put in the front and the fresher food being put behind.
If you take a little extra time to do these two things….you will wind up eating fresher more healthful food…and never bite into spoiled food again!
