How It Works
We’ll discuss your preferences, likes & dislikes, any food allergies/sensitivities and the frequency of your chef service. I will also do a walk-through of your kitchen to make sure I have everything I need to execute our vision.


We’ll book a date for your event or special occasion meal and a deposit is required in order to hold the date.

– Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio Bites – with shaved truffle, pecorino, caper mustard aioli and chili oil
– Seared Scallop – on potato disc with mint pea puree
– Mini Tartlets – with date, olive, and goat cheese
– Lobster Quesadilla – with wild mushrooms
– Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus Tips – with meyer lemon ricotta
– Seared Ahi Wonton Stack – with wasabi tobiko caviar
